The Capsule Wardrobe Experiment - Round Two, March & April

On March, 1st I started round two of the Capsule Wardrobe Experiment. This time, the duration will be 60 days. I'll officially be done by the 30th of April. Honestly, I'm a bit ambivalent about the time frame. The weather could be anything from mildly crappy to unusually hot, so I may have to update the capsule list on the fly.

As I said in the last post, I'll not be limiting the number of sweaters I can use, because I want to find out which ones I'm organically wanting to wear. Longsleeve tops will be counting from this capsule onwards, since they are no longer hiding below sweaters only. T-shirts will move to the layer category (I basically didn't wear them at all during winter months) if needed, tank tops will continue to stay in the layer category.

I will surely drop the patted down coat in April latest, we've already had a couple days where it wasn't necessary during the midday hours anymore. Hurray for that.

You can see that, unlike last time, I've included the black "dressy" pants into the list. They are no longer an optional as I plan to wear them more often, but styled casually. Poor things really didn't see the light of the day too often. Another item that I added out of the same reason is the batwing top, which hasn't been worn since almost a year. No good.

New additions to the capsule are a pair of high waist skinny jeans, a sleeveless shift which will be layered over tops and button downs, the parka which will replace the patted down coat, the military style shirt which can double as outwear once it gets too warm for at least the fringe cardigan and several button downs & long sleeve tops.

I am very curious to see what will be worn how often this time around and what might not be worn at all.
