A small town

Kleine Residenz Kirchheimbolanden
Here I am with the floral midi skirt from Zara again. Since I talked about being able to mix & match so strongly in my packing post, I am happy to demonstrate it as well.

The shirt was something I found on a flea market with the tag still attached. I actually got a number of shirts in all shapes and sizes from thrifting this time around. Hmmm, a pattern! Oh yes, I remember. I like to layer them below sweaters, jumpers, pullovers.

This blue shirt is actually a long one. I've tried tucking it in at first, but it looked better knotted. One thing I'll have to test is how it looks tucking it but leaving the buttons open (over a camisole).
---

With a thrifted Denim Jacket as company

Black Jumpsuit, thrifted jeans jacket, mini bag, ankle booties and a pixie cut
Will this bag fly?

I've told you in this post that I wanted to pack my black jumpsuit for the trip to Germany. And voilà, here it is. The weather is not all that great here, so I paired it with this jeans jacket in blouson cut I found these days on a flea market and closed low ankle booties I got from the sales rack at a local Deichmann.

This jeans jacket was intended for girls, as in the sizing is for teens. But hey, such things never stopped me. I paid like 1,50€ for it, which is okayish considering the original prize probably wasn't all that high to begin with (yeah I know where that brand is sold normally). These cute little blue rings were 2€ at Rossmann. And the necklace you already know from the blue maxi skirt post.

This is an outfit that you really "just throw on" to do whatever. If you don't need more space then what goes inside this mini bag. With a zombie apocalypse maybe change the shoes.

I want to recolor the bench

I want to recolor the bench because for one, it needs it and two the color just doesn't go so well with my outfit. This is a date night look. Feminine, a bit lady like, romantic, 50ies vibe and all that. I am wearing my new Zara midi skirt with floral print that I bought during summer sales, a cashmere pull that I thrifted for 1,50€, a pair of thrifted wedge sandals that already have become a favorite and my new striped bag, which I am using as a clutch here.

This is my first and only midi skirt, because I always figured the length wasn't working on me, but I think it is not a problem, especially with heels. Always worth trying things again from time to time.

Also, I am wearing pink!
---

Here Number 5 has nothing to do with Chanel, but all with Lou Bega. Do you remember his song "Mambo Number 5" from ca. 1999 (a remake of an instrumental from 1952)? I don't know why but I had it spinning around in my head. Round, round baby round round.

Round round Baby round round.

I went to meet up with Daniela and her American friend who was in town for a week. We had a quick lunch and then a small shopping session in a new shop inside the shopping center. It is our go to place for meeting because it is one of the most convinient for parking in the city. And yes, I got myself a little something.
