The Girl by the Lake - Green Plaid and Black Skirt

I wore this plaid shirt and black skirt ensemble some weeks ago for a sunday trip to the lake. It was moderately warm that day so I could get away with not wearing a jacket. As you should have noticed by now, I am a huge fan of knotting tops at my waist. One because I like the easy- and casualness it conveys and two because it works very well for my body shape.

This plaid shirt was one of my best investments from last years winter sales. Paid 7€ for it and worn it more times than I can count (okay so that's false, I can count higher, but as a way of saying).

Indossavo questa camicia plaid e la gonna nera qualche settimana fa per una gita al lago. Faceva ancora moderatamente caldo, così potevo stare senza giacca. Come dovreste aver notato, amo annodare i top in vita. Uno perché mi piace la semplicità che trasmette e due perché funziona bene con la mia silhouette.

La camicia è stata uno dei miei migliori acquisti nei saldi invernali dell'anno scorso. Presa a 7€ l'ho portata più volte di quante io possa contare (no vabbé non è vero, posso contare molto di più, ma per modo di dire).

Ich trug dieses Karohemd und den schwarzen Rock vor ein paar Wochen fuer einen Sonntagsausflug zum See. Es war noch einigermassen warm, weswegen ich auf eine Jacke verzichten konnte. Wie Ihr mittlerweile bestimmt festgestellt habt, liebe ich es Oberteile in der Taille zu knoten. Zum Einen, weil ich die Leichtigkeit und das Legere mag, dass dieser Look vermittelt und zum Zweiten, weil es einfach gut mit meiner Koerperform funktioniert.

Das Hemd war uebrigens einer meiner besten Investitionen des letzten Winterschlussverkaufes. Habe dafuer 7€ bezahlt und es oefters angehabt als ich zaehlen kann (na gut, das stimmt nicht, kann eigentlich schon mehr zaehlen)
